Ron Parks
Ron Parks is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Knowledge Solutions LLC where he oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. In 2001, Mr. Parks helped establish Knowledge Solutions as an information management services company with focus on business intelligence and enterprise resource planning professional services. To date, the company has been awarded over 25 corporate outsourcing projects in the areas of Lawson ERP, revenue cycle management, business intelligence, data warehousing and remote IT services, delivering a substantial return on investment to each client.
Mr. Parks previously served over eighteen years at AT&T leading and providing information technology solutions in support of business performance monitoring, credit risk management, process management, activity based costing, network ordering & provisioning and network trouble tracking. Prior to AT&T, Mr. Parks began his business career as a software engineer at Electronics Associates, a provider of power plant simulators.
Mr. Parks holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics / Computer Science from The College of New Jersey.
Guy Del Grande
Guy Del Grande is a senior executive advisor to Knowledge Solutions. In addition, Mr. Del Grande is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tekmark Global Solutions, LLC. In this role, Mr. Del Grande defines Tekmark’s strategic market direction to meet the technical challenges and business needs of Tekmark’s clients. Mr. Del Grande is a hands-on CEO and has successfully directed the growth of Tekmark since he acquired the company in 1997, imparting his own brand of energetic leadership, vision and spirit over the years. Mr. Del Grande was graduated from Rider College with a bachelor’s degree in decision and computer science and a master’s degree in business administration.
Charles Miller
Charles Miller is the Chief Financial Officer. In addition, Mr. Miller is the Chief Financial Officer of Tekmark Global SolutionsLLC. He is responsible for all financial analysis and management activities supporting Tekmark and Knowledge Solutions growth worldwide. Previously, Mr. Miller worked for Engelhard Corporation, where he held a variety of financial and operational positions. His most recent position was group controller of the Process Emissions Systems group. In that role, he traveled both domestically and internationally, successfully licensing technology to foreign corporations as well as managing the growth and profitability of affiliate companies. Prior to joining Engelhard, Mr. Miller held various management positions at Concurrent Computer Corporation and JCPenney. Mr. Miller is a licensed CPA. He holds both a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Rider College.
Bryan Boutté
Bryan Boutté is the Vice President of Marketing & Sales. He is responsible for directing all Sales and Marketing activities and events supporting Knowledge Solutions' industry position and growth. Mr. Boutté has been an Information Technology professional for over 25 years serving industries such as Communications, Healthcare, Insurance and Financial. Prior to joining Knowledge Solutions, Mr. Boutté has held executive and Sr. management positions at corporations such as AT&T, NCR, Vonage, First Consulting Group and CareGain where he successfully planned and implemented start-up and turn-around endeavors, and newly created global divisions. Mr. Boutté holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a Master's in Computer Science from University of Virginia, and a Bachelor's in Computer Science and Mathematics from Xavier University of Louisiana.
Joe Furka
Joe Furka is the Vice President of Information Technology. Mr. Furka has been with the company since its inception. An Information Technology professional with over 18 years experience in the Telecommunications, International Shipping and Chemical Manufacturing industries, Mr. Furka was a lead Business Intelligence Consultant before becoming Vice President in 2005. Mr. Furka helped establish many of the business practices for the Company. Prior to joining the company, he held a number of management and development positions within AT&T, AT&T Labs, Puerto Rico Marine Management Corporation, Caschem, Inc. (Rutherford Chemicals) and Bell Communications Research (Telcordia). Mr. Furka holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from St. John's University.
Chet Godleski
Chet Godleski is the Vice President of Business Practices. Mr. Godleski helped established the Lawson ERP and Sarbanes-Oxley Practice for the Company. He is an Information Technology professional with over 20 years experience in Financial, HR, Manufacturing and Procurement Systems. Prior to joining the company in 2005, Mr. Godleski held senior management positions at the McGraw-Hill Companies where he implemented their Global Financial, Procurement and HR Systems in over 30 countries. Mr. Godleski also held senior technology leadership positions at Co-Steel Inc, an international steel manufacturer where he implemented their Global Financial ERP and directed Co-Steel's technology team. Mr. Godleski's background also includes Financial IT Auditing, Sarbanes Oxley compliance and large scale Project management. Mr. Godleski holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics & Computer Science from Kean University.
John Vizzotti
John Vizzotti is the Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Vizzotti joined the senior management team in September, 2002. Prior to that, Mr. Vizzotti held senior management positions at AT&T, McCaw Cellular Communications, Citigroup and American Express. He has extensive experience in Receivables Management, Marketing, Financial Management, and Call Center Operations Management and has helped establish many of the business practices for the Company. Mr. Vizzotti holds a B.B.A. in Marketing and Industrial Psychology from Baruch College.
