Guy DelGrande
Mr. DelGrande has served as an advisor since the Company was established in 2001. From 1997 to present, Mr. DelGrande has held the position of president of Tekmark Global SolutionsLLC, a provider of information technology and telecommunications solutions based in Edison, New Jersey. As president of Tekmark, he has led the company's expansion to nine domestic and four international branch locations. Mr. DelGrande has more than 15 years' experience in the information technology consulting industry. He initially joined Tekmark in 1987 as a consultant. Mr. DelGrande was graduated from Rider College with a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Decision & Computer Science.
John Giunta
Mr. Giunta has served as an advisor since the Company was started. Mr. Giunta is the chief operating officer of Tekmark Global SolutionsLLC, a provider of information technology and telecommunications solutions based in Edison, New Jersey. He has held this position since 1997 and is directly responsible for managing Tekmark's marketing and sales activities. Mr. Giunta joined Tekmark in 1996 as vice president of strategic alliances, where he was responsible for telecom-focused business development and for developing Tekmark's business solutions division. Today Mr. Giunta is actively involved with one of Tekmark's development partners in India, Compucom Software, and serves on Compucom's board of directors. Mr. Giunta's telecommunications career stretches back over 30 years. Mr. Giunta holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science from Columbia University.
Ron Parks
Ron Parks is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Knowledge Solutions LLC where he oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. In 2001, Mr. Parks helped establish Knowledge Solutions as an information management services company with focus on business intelligence and enterprise resource planning professional services. To date, the company has been awarded over 25 corporate outsourcing projects in the areas of Lawson ERP, revenue cycle management, business intelligence, data warehousing and remote IT services, delivering a substantial return on investment to each client.
Mr. Parks previously served over eighteen years at AT&T leading and providing information technology services at support business performance monitoring, credit risk management, process management, activity based costing, network ordering & provisioning and network trouble tracking. Prior to AT&T, Mr. Parks began his business career as a software engineer at Electronics Associates, a provider of power plant simulators.
Mr. Parks holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics / Computer Science from The College of New Jersey.
